PUMA Buddy, the model number is 6363. This knife is a full tang design with stag handles. This knife was hand made in Solingen, Germany. The guarantee control number is 49571. This indicates this knife was hand made in the 1st half of 1975. The blade is German super keen cutting steel and the handles are genuine stag with two brass rivets and a brass lined lanyard hole. The finger guard and butt are German nickel silver.

This knife measures 9 1/2" overall with a 4 7/8" blade. The front of this knife blade is etched: 6363 PUMA BUDDY - NEW STAINLESS SUPER KEEN CUTTING STEEL - HANDMADE GERMANY. 

The knife includes the "Puma Proof Mark" on the blade: a small dot or ping on each blade was made with a diamond pointed needle, part of the Rockwell blade quality testing.  It has a 4 7/8" German super keen cutting steel blade and is 9 1/2" overall length. The blade has a full and clear etch. 

The knife also comes with a genuine embossed leather sheath with a PUMA green and yellow box with the factory papers. The stag handle is nice with character. This PUMA knife was hand made in Solingen Germany. It is truly a nice PUMA knife that are made to the the highest quality in Solingen Germany.
