Saufeder - Hog Spear

Special features of the Ehren-Saufeder: The tip is ground and polished by hand in several operations, the cutting edges are ground and honed very sharply. Hand-forged and blued fastening nails are used. The octagonal shaft made of ash wood is sanded very finely by hand in ever finer steps. We then impregnate the shaft with a natural mixture of tung oil. The mixture works well with additional orange oil. The winding is made of very tough saddle leather and has been treated with a leather balm mixture for a long service life.

PUMA made a Limited Edition Engraved Hog Spear in 2020. There were only 50 made for the world wide market. The hog spear came in a black presentation box.
